首先A中的lots不能单独使用,要么a lot of 要么 lots of
B中的many修饰可数名词,而water是不可数名词.
C中的few的意思为“几乎没有”,而且也修饰可数名词,如
There are few biscuits in the box .
盒子里几乎没饼干了
a few 才是一些的意思（修饰可数）
例“there are a few biscuits in the box
盒子里有一些饼干.
所以也不符合题的意思.
D中的lots OF即可修饰可数名词,也可修饰不可数名词
所以选D

lots 没有这种搭配 只有a lot of /lots of
而hot water是不可数名词 many/few 都是修饰可数的 所以只有选D 这样解释清楚吗?
