It depends.
Many problems will appear after 2 persons from different culture getting married,such as language,daily life customs,etc.The biggest problem may be culture shock.This is a gap which is hard to bridge.So a couple from different culture should understand each other and try to tolerant the difference between each other so that their marriage can last long.

Yes.
