楼主你这是在什么形式下要用?求爱?还是对下一代的爱护?
求爱的话：
siempre estoy fijandome en ti, de manera que conoces o desconoces.
爱护类型的话：
siempre estoy atento a ti, de forma que sepas o no.

daydreaming的答案后半句人称乱了，前面既然说en ti,后面就不该用usted
另外，一般都不说mis ojos 而是los ojos，而且也没有必要用现在进行时表示正在发生的状态，有点局限于英语的现在时了。
所以把你的答案做点修改：
Yo siempre mantengo los ojos en tí, por los medios que conoces o ...
