我的看法：前半句的to be 改成as 要好些
后半句中把Wish改为hope要好些，把前面的we去掉，否则显得累赘。
然后后面的语句建议改一下：hope both of us can Exert ourselves for a object of Long-term developing for Shanghai cultrue.
