I was born on June 2, 1992. （美式）或 I was born on 2nd June, 1992.（英式）两者都算正确
而正式文体里面（含履历表等应用）,往往省略on
Randy Adams, born 31st Nov. 1951, American physician, philanthropist, founder of ...
但应试教育里不要这样写成后者喔.
