1.hope 没有hope sb. to do sth的结构只有
hope to do sth. 和hope (that)就是hope后加个从句.
所以第一句应该改成
I hope (that) you will fell well soon.
但是 I hope you feel better soon.更好些.

第一个句子应该改为
I hope you will feel better soon.
feel是系动词,后面只能跟形容词,如果是和soon的情况必将,最好用well的比较级better.
