让我保留那本书.
have sb.do.让某人做某事.

前面那个。keep 没有 keep sb sth 这种用法。第二句存在语法错误
lend 可以接双宾语 而keep是可接宾语和宾语补足语
也可以这么理解。lend me that book可以换成lend that book to me
keep me the book 就不行了。
