正文：As it were,we are keeping on moving since we were born.Undoubtedly,doing sports is closely related with our health.
In order to keep healthy,doing sports is the best way.It can not only make our body stronger but also is good for our mind.For example,running can anneal our willpower.Climbing the mountain can anneal our strength.Rope skipping can make us taller and taller.Therefore,I always take an active part in sports activities,thus make me own a healthy body and almost never become sick.
Therefore,we should keep on doing sports so that we can make contributions to our motherland.
