不可以说不对，但严格的讲是有点问题。有些中文的味道。
I am not the girl of 10 years ago. 是说我不是十年前的女孩子。
把of去掉，就不对了，I am not the girl 10 years ago.对吗？ I was！
I am no longer the girl I used to be 10 years ago 也不对啊，因为us...

个人认为不太妥当，改为：
I'm no long the girl that I was 10 years ago.比较容易理解。
