1 noticeable是形容词 而这里前面是rise 所以需要副词 noticeable改为noticeably就好了

把that改为for 就可以了
或者
因为calls后面跟的that引导同位语从句 所以后面应是完整句子 curricula taught wholly or partly in lauguage other than English不是一个完整句子 应改为 curricula should be taught wholly or partly in lauguage other than English
