第二句话可以看作The master who was followed by the dog entered the room.显然master相对dog是被动,因此伴随状语要用过去分词 followed by the dog就是你给出的第二个句子,也要加逗号,也可以换成过去分词作定语即The master followed by the dog entered the room.
