As you may know,I'm so helpless when doing the Nortel de-branding project,but you may not know how can I controlthe negative emotions successfully.Do you want to know about the secret?How many of you want to havethe power to control your feeling and Emotions?Just listen to me.
Before give you the answer,I'll present a scenario to you.
Let's say you went to watch a sad movie,Titanic.While you are so engrossed in one of the most dramatic scenes,the touched music was being played.." my hear will go on and on~".A few weeks later,you hear a friend sing the same song again.At that moment,you suddenly remember that particular dramatic scene,the actors who tore your heart out,and even your friends who went to that movie with you.You feel the scenario all over again.You recollect the touched mood because of that music.That music is called an anchor.Anchor is the answer to control your mood and Emotions.
What is an anchor?An anchor is actually an object used to connect a ship to the bottom of the water.In this case,it is a connection of something seen,heard,touched,smelled,or tasted with a specific memory.That's also the power used to control your Emotions.
