I am writing to confirm that it is my intention to provide continuing financial support to your Company until at least one year from the date of this letter. In particular, I agree to meet all your obligations until that date to the extent that you are unable to meet those obligations yourself.
I acknowledge ,that I will not seek or demand immediate repayment from you of any funds which I have made or will make available in order to meet your obligations, and neither, in the event of the liquidation of the Company, would I demand repayment of such funds immediately prior to its liquidation, except where the Company would be solvent immediately after the repayment of any such debts.
