把焦糖酱包里面的糖浆倒进一个大的或者8个小的耐热碟子中,先放在一边
在平底窝上加1夸脱(等于0.94升)牛奶到馅饼中混合,搅拌使其变得滑溜溜的样子
用中火烹调,其中不断搅拌直到拌合物沸腾冒泡.这时把它从火中移走,再慢慢的倒进之前准备好的耐高温的那个碟子上,拌合物会随着冷却逐渐变厚.
用小碟子的时候冷藏至少一个小时,大碟子的话要三个小时,期间不要搅拌把它从模具撬起,用刀尖把馅饼的边缘沿着碟子撬松;把碟子颠倒同时移开模具,做成8(1/2杯)份.
