有两个问题：
1、一是,improve和bonus不搭配嘛,如果你想表达增加薪水的话,improve可改为gain;
2、是常识吧,bonus是“红利、奖金”的意思,奖金可以提高吗,给你多少就是多少,又不是工资,加薪有商量,还想给你加奖金吗?

bonus是奖金的意思，相比之下，还是用give搭配比较好些。

语法上有点问题吧。

外教那个是比较贴切实际，在后面加了in the proper time在适当的时候
