我只看出一个错误来。

Be used to do 被用作干。。。
Be used to doing 习惯于。。。
Used to do 过去常常干什么。

你看一下你的句子。是不是 he 后面用 used to 啊？

另外 which 前面不需要加逗号。

加上逗号是非限定性定语从句。此外这句有错误，正确的句子应该是：
finally he finds out the notebook, which was used to write story.(主句的that is,从句的he 要去
掉）
不加上逗号是限制性定语从句：finally he finds out the notebook which was used to write story.

which前面加不加逗号语法上都没问题，我倒是觉得was used to 后面应该writing,be used to doing过去习惯于做某事。
