这几个句子是非限制性定语从句的用法
b非限制性定语从句是先行词的附加说明,去掉了也不会影响主句的意思,它与主句之间通常用逗号分开,例如：
The house,which we bought last month,is very nice.这幢房子很漂亮,是我们上个月买的.
a是用现在分词做从句的一种定语用法.
c和d类似,只是用了过去时,都是对的

(a) 一般现在时，constituting 42% of the total是现在分词短语做状语。
(b) 一般现在时，由which引导的的一个非限定性定语从句。
(c) 同a，只不过时态为过去时
(d) 同b，只不过时态为过去时

a,constituting 非谓语动词
b,非限制性定语从句，由which引导
c,非谓语动词，不过是过去式，但是发出动作的是A，并且是主动地，所以仍用ing 形式
d,也是非限制性定语从句，因为主句是过去式 ，动词onstitute当然也得用过去式，就像第二句，因为主句是一般现在，所以onstitute也用一般现在....
