但,Why to forgive you,似乎不对.应该是 Why do I forgive you?

why not=why dont you
Why forgive you = Why do you forgive you
但如果 why + to do 作宾语则可
如:Please tell me why to to forgive you.
特殊疑问词+不定式可作宾语
又如:
I don't know how to deal with it.
I wonder what to do next.
Tell me when to leave.
