pay 指副钱，比如你买了东西，付款，就是pay，强调付款的动作
spend是指花时间，花钱做什么，强调的是做什么而花的钱或精力
而cost，一般是sth cost you some money，主语是东西
而take，只在it 做形式主语的时候才表示花费
如：it will take you ten minutes to get there....
