但更正确的用法是 what a nice day 或者
how nice the weather is.
在美国口语中一般用这两种说法而很少用 what a nice weather.

按照语法来讲weather 是不可数名词，不可以用a;但按照习惯来用就是what a nice weather！ e.g：have a good time. time 当时间讲时也是不可数名词
