Personally speaking,the advantages overweigh the disadvantages,for it will do us more harm than good,so I support it这句话前面说利大于弊可后面怎么又说more harm than good?不是前后矛盾吗?还有suddenly realize the world is fair!有什么毛病吗?

在句中for more than 指的是不比什么样 意在反面,所以不矛盾.

你的理解正确,可能是写错了,后面的句子好象可以的，就是在用的时候要注意时态"突然意识到世界是公平的"
