应该好好看看定语从句当中引导词的概念
在第一个定从当中 those days 做的是时间状语 I lived in the army during those days 所以用where
在第二个定从中 做的是主语 Those days has a great effect on my life 用which和that 都可以

i live in the army with the soldiers in those days. 所以用that应该是 i shall never forget thoses days in which i lived in the arms with.. = shall never forget those days __when_ I lived in the army with the soldiers 第二问我就不用解释了
