keep 后面接动词原形和形容词.意思是保持.
一般不接不定式
第二题,你没有选项,只有一个not still.

keep open 是词组，keep在这个句子里充当系动词。
He left about three weeks ago. 这句话就是提示，不要小看多余的句子，意思是这个人三个礼拜前就离开这家公司了，他可能离职了反正就是不会再继续在这家公司工作了。not still 没有这种用法的，如果你理解了刚才的意思，你就知道他不会仍然在这工作了，肯定是not any more...
