Everybody sometimes has a cold.When you a cold ,you should rest.You shouldn't go out at night.You should go to bad early for a few nights and you should see a doctor.You shouldn't eat junk food like ice cream.You should drink lots of water.
If you has a healthy lifestyle,you should try do exercise,and you should eat a balance of yin and yang to be healthy.

If you has(has 应改为want to have,第二人称用复数） a healthy lifestyle,you should try（to） do（more) exercise(应该加负数,变成exercises）,and you should eat a balance(把balance改成balanced) of yin and yang to be healthy.
作文写的还不错,主要注意单复数的应用,就可以了.
