如果是纸质信封的话,就应该是”If you have not received that letter,and are interested in its content ,I am very happy to send another with the same content.“

If you 【haven't received】 that letter and are interested in its content, I am very happy to send it again.
这样较好。

If you are interested in this letter and haven't received it, I am happy to send it again.

有错吧，前面用了did过去式，后面用了are和am，时态不对吧
