1.12.Appendices form a constituent part of this Contract and are of the same valid as in case of its contents incorporation into the text of the Contract; this Contract referencing includes its appendices. In case of any uncertainty or inconsistency, the clauses of this Contract shall prevail in relation to the appendices, unless otherwise directly stipulated in this Contract.
