I went to a group activity, “Sensitivity Sunday”, which was to make us more aware of the problems were faced by disabled people. We were asked to “adopt ﹀disability” for several hours on one Sunday. Some members, as me, chose the wheelchair. Other wore sound-blocking earplugs or blindfolds. Just sitting in the wheelchair is a learning experience.
