For me,I would certainly prefer working in one of those top TNCs for the time being,because I can't yet start a new business with no capital and little resource.While working in the big company,I will build networks,and get access to more business connections,which will surely help when I start my own business later.
After a few years of experience acquirement and capital accumulation,I will start my own business in a niche market.I will never work for a big company all my life,because the employee never gets the real cash after all the hard works are done.Unless I become a significant shareholder,I will never consider wasting my life in a position where I don't get what I deserve.Even as a small proprietor,if you manage well,it is highly possible that you get ten times more profit than the pitiful wage and allowance you get in a middle management position in those big firms.
