Ver.2:

两个都可以用，spend前用主语人称，take前用It形式主语。希望对你有帮助

一楼和三楼说得对，注意spend的主语是人，而take主语是物。 ex. it takes me two hours to do sth
pay是“付钱”，主语是人；
spend是“花费”，主语也是人；
take“花费”，主语总是it；
cost“……值多少……”，主语是物。
