I eat three meals in my daily lifestyle,which are breakfast,lunch and dinner.Of course,I will give more focus on my breakfast and take more serious on it because breakfast provides the energy that my body requires in order to perform activities.Therefore,I'm not so tired and can do more.
Ideally,breakfast should supply one-quarter to one-third of the day's protein plus fiber-rich complex carbohydrates and a small amount of fat.Therefore,simple homemade meals such as whole-wheat bread with jam or margarine and a yogurt are always my favourite.
Lastly,we should never skip our breakfast if we want to maintain a healthly lifestyle.
