Althought I'm willing to attend the date of my closet friend ,the present need to buy ,in tomorrow.So I only to regretfully say sorry to you and please to tell john and rose the absence of me.
这里the present need to buy 我想倒装,

Althought I'm willing to attend the date of my closet friend ,the present need to buy ,in tomorrow.这句我不知道你想表达什么意思.
虽然我很乐意参加我最亲密的朋友的约会,但是我要在明天买礼物.
是这样么?
后面一句也好奇怪,and后面没了主语.

我觉得不需要倒装吧，可以不写这么复杂。要是我，我就写：Althought I'm willing to attend the date of my closet friend ,I need to buy the present tomorrow.后句接上。 至于那个for是接原因状语从句，连接词不起主语的作用，可以去掉，当然不去也可以。 OK，这是我的看法哦，我也不是老师教授什么的，所以谁有看到不对的要跟我说说哦~嘻嘻~
