1.Preparation of Papers:abstracts should be written in English and must be typewritten (using 12 pt.Arial font),single-spaced with 1" margins on all sides of letter-sized paper (8.5" x 11") in portrait.Abstract length should be 400-500 words.The text should be justified.All pages should be paginated.Paragraphs should be separated by a single line.The title,author/s and address should be center aligned,while the abstract write-up/body should be justified.
2.Title:The title should be printed in bold capital letters with scientific names italicized.
3.Author/s:The names of all the authors should be indicated; the name of the presenting author should be followed by an asterisk (*).Only the presenting author's address and e-mail should be indicated.
4.Title of Session/Workshop:Identify the session or workshop wherein the author wishes the abstract to be considered (refer to the EAS Congress 2009 Provisional Programme).
5.Symbols:Special characters or symbols not found in computer software must be hand-printed in black ink.
6.Submission:All abstracts should be submitted by e-mail (congress@pemsea.org),fax or post for review by the Technical Committee by 15 March 2009.
