one of表示其中之一,其中一个.One of my best friends lives in beijing.这句话做主语的是one,而不是friends.of my best friends是介词短语,我们省略了就只剩下one了,one表示一个,当然是单数了,所以用lives.
one of my best friends 我最好的一个朋友,这种表达方式绝对的正确的.( ⊙ o ⊙ )

one of my best friends 做主语，意为我一个最好的朋友，因此谓语动词lives用单数形式。 with best regards谨致问候，best wishes祝好运，是固定用法，但 best 修饰最高级，应改为good.
