不定式做主语 只是一个简单句；名词性从句做主语 是一个复合句.
It's hard to read him 是简单句,不定式to read him 做主语 ,It是形式主语,没有意义.
It's hard that
we read him是主语从句,（read应该有一个主语比如we 等 ） that
we read him是该句的主语,同样It也是形式主语没有意义.不定式to read him 是短语
