CT of the abdomen&PELVIS 3-PHASE(without and with contrast):The examination was performed by 3 mm multislice helical sections from the dome of the diaphragm through the symphysis pubis without and with IV contrast.Ten-minutes delayed post-contrast images also performed.The patient tolerated the examination well.There was no complication.
FINDINGS:There is inhomogenicity of the liver parenchyma.There is no evidence of liver mass.The cardiac size is borderline enlarged.The pancreas is normal.The gallbladder is normal.There is no evidence of splenomegaly.The aorta and the inferior vena cava are well preserved.The para-aortic and para-iliac retroperitoneums are free of lymphadenopathy.The bladder mucosa is normal.There is no uterus or ovary identified.There is no ascites.
IMPRESSION:
1.Finding of parenchymal disease of the liver.No evidence of liver cirrhosis.No evidence of liver mass.
2.Mild cardiomegaly.
3.No evidence of pelvic mass.Unable to clearly identify uterus and ovaries within confinement of the study.
4.In comparison with the previous examination of 01/15/09,the focal hyperechoic nodule in the right lobe of the liver measuring 1 cm cannot be definitely appreciated in the CT examination,which could be due to resolution limitation of the modality.There is no liver mass however based on the CT.Repeat ultrasound in six months will be further to help.

腹部和骨盆三阶段的CT（没有和有对比）这次检查是由3毫米多层螺旋区段从圆顶膈膜到趾骨通过没有和有四对比而做的 10分钟延迟后对比度的图像也表现 病人很好耐住检查 没有任何并发症
检查结果：肝实质有不均一性 目前无证据显示有肝内肿物 心脏大小的边缘扩大 胰腺是正常的 胆囊是正常的 没有证据证明脾肿大 主动脉和下腔静脉是完好的 主动脉旁和回肠旁腹膜后都没有淋巴结肿大 膀胱粘膜正常 经识别没有子宫或卵巢病 没有腹水
影响：
1.这是对肝实质的检查 没有肝硬化的证据 没有肝内肿物的证据
2.轻微的心脏扩大症
3.没有证据证明又盆腔包快 因为研究的限制不能明确检查子宫和卵巢
4.和09年1月9日的检查相比较 通过联络回声肝脏右叶1cm的结节用CT不能准确报告 这可能是因为形态分辨率的限制 但无论怎样CT显示没有肝内肿物 6个月内再做超声检查将得到进一步帮助
