首先 A不对 因为如果用neither can Charles的话 这之间要用连词and 而不是but 因为这是一个并列句
B也排除 因为没有助动词
D逻辑不通 根本无法翻译
而C 这是两个句子之间 的转折 正确 后面省略了 but Chales can't go to the lecture.
