1.already 不是修饰 a lot of
2.lying 不可以写成lie,这里是现在分词表示人们的状态,跟前面的 playing 一样.
整句意思是：那里已经有很多人了,正在做游戏或者只是躺着晒太阳.

是修饰後面的动作的，lying不可以改lie因为前面的都是动名词
