If I were the class teacher,I wouldn't be so strict with my students.I would play together with my classmates and make friends with them.I would ask their parents to come to school because they are all busy with their work.I would go to my students's houses to communicate with their parents.I wouldn't give them too much exercise to do.I would give them less exercise so that they could have lots of spare time to read books,do sports and so on.If my students had make troubles,I would talk with them instead of punishing them.I am sure if I did like these,I could be an excellent class teacher and my students would love me more.
