People have always thought that to be fat you must be eather weak,unhealthy,or ugly,but that is just simply not true.
Firstly,we here on “get fat” are strong willed,because we go under torment from others who dont understand the beauty of fat,just like we dont get the beauty of thin skiny rails,and when it comes down to it,a fat person is always stronger than a skiny person.
Second when you are fat you arent always unhealthy,being unhealthy is a result of lack of exersize,or poor choice in food,not fat itself.Even if you are trying to get fat,excersize is still important,not like runing or lifting weights,they are good but they burn to many calories,speed walking or a slow bike ride for 30 minutes is all it takes to stay healthy,and when you are fat,wlking in my opinion is fun because of all the extra movement,sloshing and jiggling alover,but you can lift weights,run,or do other more strenuose activtys,but as you get bigger,the activity burns more calories.
Lastly,though many people find fat ugly,we can see the beauty of it,and the love we find isn’t superficial,because no matter how thin you are you cant make your iner beauty come out,but when you are fat it bubbles to the surface,and people who are sincer will see you for who you are.
