John has had an upset stomach recently,so he goes to his doctor for help. The doctor gives him some advice.First,he should take some medicine.have lunch on time.Then eat some fruits and desserts everyday.Last,have a good rest.What's more ,don't eat the foods which are fried,hot and sour.No tea,no drink and no smoking. So he will be healthy quickly.
