the applicant of credit has approached us that bene of credit has shown inability to ship merchandise under the a/m credit and as such has requested us to move for cancellation of the credit.
we request you to please take up with bene of credit and obtain untilised lc and confirm its receipt within 7 working days to enable us to reverse our book entries failing which we shall presume that lc has been received by u un-utilised and shall reverse our book entries and treat a/m lc as cancelled withour further reference to u.
