We are disappointed to understand that Seller chose not to abide in the contractual term which both parties had fully agreed and signed and it a legal and binding contract.How can we expect them to fulfill the shipment down the road in this long term transaction.We will seek our legal office for advice on seeking compensation from Seller as we will have to source cargo as our commitment,to supply our end Buyer.
