当然是disappointed,前面一句“the reason why she was__"是一个句子,一个句子里只能有一个动词,确实有have done 这个形式,但是这个是完成时态的标志,have 也是一个动词了,was have done 不是就有2个动词了么,1楼说的对,was后面要跟形容词的（be动词+adj.),-ed 这个后缀是过去时也是形容词的标志,具体要看情况.
