没语法错误吧,但是语序有点颠倒了.更好的写法是 Analysis showed that the fatigue strength of cover glass was highest at -100℃ and lowest at 20℃

我觉得有两处错误：
（1）石英玻璃应翻译为：quartz glass
（2）在“-100℃时石英玻璃的疲劳强度最高，20℃时的疲劳强度最低”这是一种事实，时态应用一般现在时，所以句中两处“was”均应改为“is”。
