sth.is sth.,and it is sth.正确.sth.is sth.and is sth.也正确.但是如果你中间用了逗号,and 后面则必须是一个完整的句子,所以需要有主语it存在.所以你在口语中会听到sth.is sth.and is sth.因为没有逗号.
