上海地铁提示乘客下车"We've probably arrived on the left/right side"

上海地铁提示乘客下车"We've probably arrived on the left/right side"
Part of the announcement on a metro train used to be "We are now at *** Station. Please get ready to exit/alight from the left/right side."
But now the sentence for reminding passengers to exit has been changed to "We've probably arrived on the left/right side".
I do not understand why "We've probably arrived on the left/right side",especially "probably arrived",is used to remind us to alight from the train.
Maybe I mishear the sentence?Could you explain it to me?Thank you very much.

这位仁兄,我帮您特地去留意了一下上海的地铁播报……呃……好像还是Please get ready to exit/alinght from the left/right side.你是在哪一站听到probably的播报的?
