maintain --keep sth. in existence at the same level, standard. 维持（已有的水平、标准）；
sustain --keep sb./sth.alive or in existence（支持、维持生命）, to keep up the strength, spirits or determination of （维持体力/精神/决心）.
只有在维持体力的时候两者可以通用.其他时候他们在意思上并不重合.对于这道题,保持身体健康,应该是保持现有的健康水平,所以应该是maintain.
