2.He is the only one of the boys who has learned Chinese
这2个定语从句当中的关系词对吗?
前面有one of 和 the only修饰先行词不是只能用that吗?

系动词是对的
如果主句的主语是单数
有only 等词修饰one,就用单数,否则用复数
one of the +复数名词+who/which+are
the only one of the +复数名词+ who/which+is

one of 和 the only修饰先行词,只能用that!! He is the only one of the boys that has learned Chinese.先行词被the only ,the very ,the same,the last 修饰，用that 引导定语从句！！！！
