高中英语教师面试15分钟讲课,怎么讲?

This isn't an oral test as it sounds.You're supposed to give a brief presentation concerning how you deal with the learning or teaching material like a text.
A usual or normal presentation lasts for 40 to 45 minutes,the length of a class varies from place to place.
Nonetheless,you aren't expected to give a full presentation but part of it.
So yours just lasts 10 to 15 minutes,which actually is a miniature of a full class.
In the presentation process,your teaching should cover the main points without digging into details of the learning material.
The main points should involve the teaching objective(s),how you reach your objective(s),the main language points and difficult points together with the teaching methods how you have your targets reached.
You won't be able to deal with everything as you do in a usual class with the length of time available to you .
The main purpose of the presentation isn't to see how you give a full class but to see the basic qualities or abilites in a candidate as a would-be teacher.The panel of the judges would make their assessment of your skills based on your performance in the stated time.
