用不用 which 都可.用了也不是画蛇添足.
但句子中的第二个 the 倒是画蛇添足.应为：
we are the change we are seeking

这句话根本就不对 好吧 要是按照你说的 我们就是我们正在寻找的变化 句子应该是 We are the change which we are seeking~~ 你给出的就根本不是个句子~~seeking 前面的the 就代表了seeking是动名词而不是正在进行时 不能按照你那样去翻译 seeking前面不应该有the的

对，不用加which. 除此以为，(the) seeking "the" 不能要，不然 the seeking 要成为宾语，作为are后面的谓语。这显然是错的 (在语法上)。
正确的英文句子应该是：
We are the change we are seeking.

首先,这么说也有毛病,seek是不及物动词,一般和for ,after连用,这是宾语从句,change在从句中也是宾语,所以引导词可有可无,但应该这么说 we are the change (which)we are the seeking for .
